Do I need to download an app?

No. DrugHub runs entirely inside WhatsApp. Your phone number is your account, so there's no password or sign-up.

Why do you ask for ID on some orders?

Only for prescription medicines. Nigerian pharmacy rules and digital payments mean we must confirm who we're selling to. You verify once through Dojah, and we don't ask again on later orders. Over-the-counter items never need ID.

How do I pay?

At checkout the bot shows DrugHub's bank account. Make a transfer, then send a photo or screenshot of your receipt. Our team confirms it and your order moves to processing. Only pay into the account shown in the chat.

Is the bot a doctor?

No. It gives general drug information like dosage and side effects, and cites where the information comes from. It does not diagnose or prescribe. For personal advice, tap Talk to a consultant and you'll be matched with a real professional.

What if I describe an emergency?

The bot recognises emergency language and immediately tells you to seek urgent care, then alerts a member of staff. Please call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital for anything life-threatening.

Can I book a lab test for home collection?

Yes. Choose your test, pick home collection or walk-in, and pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment is confirmed. A small fee applies only if your address is outside our service zones.
